Heart and Soil Baskets on the Coriandr Express

As you can probably guess from the shop name, Hen from Heart and Soil Baskets makes baskets! They are lovely and I heard somewhere (I think it was Kirstie’s Homemade Home) that using willow makes them so very practical and durable. On the show, there was an elderly woman who had hers since she was a child and after so long only needed the handle to be repaired recently. The love and passion shines out of the baskets that Hen makes and I just love the variety of uses her baskets can be put to. There are wall baskets, laundry baskets, pot plant holders and more.

Here are my favourite items from her shop:

Willow Linen Basket

Little Flower Girl's Basket

Willow Wall Basket

Tiny Pretty Things on the Coriandr Express

If you like cute and humorous art then have a good look at Tiny Pretty Thing’s shop on Coriandr. Molly McCausland who creates all of this wonderful art keeps most of her canvases small in size and so you can buy her art at a very affordable price. She describes herself as 'A fine art student, childrens illustrator and die-hard doodler'. A lot of of her pieces are suitable for children’s rooms especially her monster characters which I’m sure most kid will love!

Here are my favourite pieces of art from her shop:

From the Sky - Original Painting on Canvas

Blossom in Blush

The Gentleman

Om Nom Nom

Don't forget to visit Molly's Coriandr shop and her blog.

Love, Light and Peas on the Coriandr Express

It seems to me that if you're going to try to be eco-friendly, then it's probably best to be eco-friendly all the way. Not all of us can do it but this is something that Lottie from Love, Light and Peas has managed really well and so we can take some inspiration from her. Her stationery sets for example are upcycled using materials such as a Private Eye Annual, reclaimed plastic wrapper packaging and recycled solvent-free labels.  She even prints her labels using refilled cartridges and she does all of this in a house that is powered by renewable energy!

She also creates knitted and crocheted items, some of which you can custom order.

Here are my favourites from her shop:

Private Eye - Upcycled Stationery/Letter Set

Custom Crochet Lens Cap

Custom Tags for Craft Fairs

CeeGeeJewellery on the Coriandr Express

The first things I think of when I visit CeeGeeJewellery's shop are beauty and elegance.  From the logo to the composition of the photos to the sterling silver jewellery it just screams quality.  You can truly see the love and passion with which each item has been made.

Carolyn who lives in Cheshire, UK has always been drawn to beads and gemstones and is inspired by the colours of the changing seasons.  Did you know she used to be an investment banker?  Luckily she changed careers or else we would be deprived of her gorgeous jewellery, wouldn't we?

Here are my favourite items from her shop:

Silvered Black Lampwork Earrings

Polka Flower Earrings

Seashell Lampwork Pendant

To find out more about Carolyn and CeeGeeJewellery, read her Coriandr Express interview here and also visit her website, her blog, her Coriandr shop and follow her tweets here.

FruteJuce on the Coriandr Express

I want to start off by saying that I love the variety in FruteJuce's shop.  Alison, who runs FruteJuce, makes cute and practical items such as onesies for toddlers that feature awesome freemotion embroidery images such as a wrench and a set of headphones!  She also makes lovely little purses, felt fridge magnets, stuffed toys and bags.  She's definitely a dapper hand with her sewing machine!

She says she's inspired by machinery, her family and wildlife and this all comes out in her work.  Here are some of my favourite items from her Coriandr shop:

Little Mushroom Felt Fridge Magnet

Floral Zippy Coin Purse

Headphone Baby Vest Onesie

Who? What? Bird
